Very annoying and feel this feature is a gimmick. Done all the troubleshootings to no avail. Will throw this watch away one day.... Wtf can't we sync manually???

Hi, @Kenzibit welcome, can I draw your attention to this article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? I apologise if you have seen it already. There are a few links in the text, in particular, advising about syncing which may be the issue you are experiencing.

I hope this is helpful but if you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers

I think this is all too common. On my watch, it is reasonably reliable but on my wife's identical one, it went through patch of hardly ever syncing and then suddenly, 3 days after a reboot, it started working (mostly). I would definitely suggest a reboot (or two). However, what would be good to monitor whether your watch is getting a reading. Check Today about an hour after you wake and see if it has an SPO2 value. ie is it a problem with the watch sensors or with the sync. If it cant get a reading, then obviously sync isnt going to happen. I was told here to lodge a formal support request which I would suggest you do after you have figured whether it is sensor or syncing that is causing the issue.
As to gimmick - well a one-a-day reading is not very informative. Considerably less useful than I had imagined.
