I am appalled by the quality of the sense after having 5 replacements in a year. I am sick of sending them back and friends with the same model also have issues. I am sure this will be deleted but I am so angry, previous complaints went un answered and all I get is the same response about sending mine back and getting a new one once received. Except they send refurbished ones not new ones. I won’t be sticking with Fitbit anymore after being a user since 2014. Anyone else had such a poor experience?

Yup I’m currently waiting for my 3rd one. It’s constantly not tracking my sleep, or other things and then it’ stops working all together. I’m not impressed at all!!!

Thank you for responding, but whatever you are doing isn’t working! The community is rife with discontent and similar stories. The quality of product and support has gone so far downhill after nearly a decade I am moving up to a garmin. Such as shame, I was so loyal and devoted!
