I'd like to know a little more information about your concern. Please, could you explain if your device is tracking Active Zone Minutes without using it or you are getting them on the Fitbit app?
Best Answer@Mrktgplus Please make sure the green LEDs turn off when you take off your Fitbit. Sometimes the lights don't turn off -- the band ends overlap in such a way that a signal gets bounced back to the sensor. It measure a heart rate that is complete artifact. You will get zone minutes if this fake heart rate is in your zone. Some people get sleep records, because the Fitbit doesn't move.
