Active minutes not reflecting correctly for my workouts, Fitbit Sense

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got my Sense for Christmas and today was my first trip to the gym with it. I noticed when I finished on the treadmill, it showed 30 active minutes total. The problem is, I was only on the treadmill for 20 minutes. At the top of my workout, it shows 20 minutes. At the bottom where it breaks down each zone, it shows 30. Help please!

@Denitra, the Active Zone Minutes are not the same as the physical activity minutes.  Each Fat Burn minute equals one Active Zone Minute, while each Cardio or Peak minute equals two Active Zone Minutes.

Check out this help article on the Active Zone Minutes for more information on it:
