After Sense Firmware Update on 8/12/2022 Sense DOES NOT WORK - home screen just flashes.  Cannot get to any controls or anything!

I put the Sense back on the charger and the issue cleared up.  So wierd.  Please disregard.

Mine is doing the same thing. They offered me 35 percent on a new one lol. I won’t be getting another Fitbit. Out of 6 that we have purchase this has happened twice!

I did purchase another, but probably shouldn’t have. Thinking back, they should have offered us a free replacement, not 35% discount, since it was due to their “update”.

I agree, We are going to switch over to Apple. We have really loved our
Fitbits when they work!
