Alarm not turning off

When my alarm goes off on my Sense and I tap the button to turn it off, the screen goes back to the clock face but the alarm continues to vibrate. I have to push the button on the side of the watch to get get it to stop. It just basically snoozes it and it goes off again a few minit

@whirlygirl84 , you can read about snooze an alarm / dismissing an alarm if you follow this link.

Hi @whirlygirl84  Mine started doing that too. I restarted the Sense and that cured it, so give that a try.
