Hello @LAGOM
I hope I understand your issue correctly. I’m assuming you want to turn off your Always On Display. To turn always-on display on or off, swipe right from the clock face to open quick settings. Tap the always-on display icon. If your screen continues to freeze I’d try restarting your Fitbit Sense to see if that resolved the issue. To restart your watch, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button. Restarting your watch doesn't delete any data.
Hopefully this gives you the answer you are seeking. Please let me know. 😃 Happy Stepping!

Hi @LAGOM - a few tips in addition to what others posted.
You may need to push the button or double tap the screen if you are in Always On mode.
This mode essentially locks the screen if you don't have wrist wake enabled.
Once you have woken the screen you will be able to navigate it as suggested.
