Just bought the Sense, but I haven't gotten it yet, but I'm afraid I'm going to be disappointed. "free 6 months for new customers" but I just took "free convid19" for use a month ago and I'm sure I won't get six more months free of charge

Best AnswerHello @HelloMate and welcome to the Help forum. It's not clear from the Fitbit Terms of Service. But I did a little searching. Read the post from @Raz124 in this thread. You might not be in trouble. You should chat with Support before you add that Sense to your account.

Customer service was poor......... "I apologize for that, but in this case you won't be able to use the free trial as you already activated a free trial"
Fitbit is scam....... Company gives all customer convid19 trial

I forgot to mention the solution. As long as you cancel your convid19 subscription during the free period, you will still get a Sense/Versa3 six-month free period after that. (I was promised this)
In my case i have to wait 5/17/2021 and only then activate the Sense fitbit for my account but still im happy😁
