Tried all troubleshooting and it's a complete mess. Was working perfectly prior to upgrade so seems very likely it has to do with Android 13 upgrade. Does anybody have any ideas or workarounds? This is quite frustrating given Fitbit is owned by Google.
Mine seems to be working now too. I had an app update but it appeared to be working just before I did that.
There is a pink banner at the top of the forums mentioning sync issues affecting the Charge 5 which are being investigated. From the posts in this thread I'd say it is a bit more widespread than just the C5.
Mine seems to be as well. Notifications still weren't coming through. After checking, I found notifications toggled off. Maybe when I deleted and reinstalled the app yesterday as I was trying to troubleshoot? We'll see.
Best AnswerLooks like the new update has fixed it for me as well on my Pixel 6 Pro
Mine is working now on Pixel4XL and agree the sync seemed to start working just before the Android
app update so it looks like there was an issue at the Fitbit end too!! Seems to be resolved now.
Best AnswerI am having the same problem since I upgraded from Pixel 3 to Pixel 6a. I have not upgraded to Android 13 yet. The 6a came with Android 12. I've tried so many different things trying to get the phone messages to appear on my Sense.

Only solution I have found is to turn your phone off and on, It then should connect long enough to update the Fitbit App before disconnecting again.
Still not ideal as this issue has been in the Beta and known about for months.
Best AnswerI have the same problem with my Versa 3. From what I've found, it has to do with Google Assistant. If you're running Android 13 and select Google Assistant as your voice assistant, your Fitbit will stop communicating with your phone via bluetooth. The workaround is don't select a voice assistant, or select Alexa since it doesn't seem to have that problem. If you're already stuck with the problem, best I can find is the only way to get Google Assistant off your Fitbit is a hard reset. This was a persistent problem throughout the beta trials of Android 13, and I had hoped it would have been resolved with the stable release, but alas it appears to persist. Frankly I'm afraid to try it again until someone says that there's either been a new release of Android 13 or the Fitbit app that's specifically resolved it.
I'm exactly the same, Pixel 5 with freestyle libre and Fitbit and neither working since Android 13.
Very frustrating.
Best AnswerThis worked for me too. I also turned off Google assistant on my Sense
Best AnswerI did the following:
New problem: weather app won't synch up with sense. Notifications are not coming through. I can't find anything that addresses this. The reason I know have "semi" synching is tracking of exercise, battery life and sleep stats. This is odd.
I uninstalled and reinstalled weather app...nothing. don't know how to troubleshoot the notifications.
😱😱😱😱😱
Best AnswerI have android 13 and had the same issues with the latest version 3.7. What I did after trying all the troubleshoot on fitbit site is basically going to the fitbit uptown site and download the version 3.52 which worked for me after installing it! 🙂
