My android phone wont stay connected to sensor controls. It will accept calls but not text messages

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense. Before anything else, because this feature requires more frequent charging, it's okay to see the Sense controls listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. For more details about the on-wrist phone calls feature, please see this help article.

In regards to the text notifications, I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. Please keep an open communication with them, I'm sure they'll continue helping you with this matter.
