Anomalous Charging Behavior [Sense]

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my Fitbit sense that started yesterday.

Whenever I attach my charger cable to the Sense, the Sense's screen freezes, will eventually go black and then the Sense screen appears to stay off while it remains plugged in to the charger.

When I unplug the Sense from the charger cable, the Sense seems to power-cycle. In order words, the Sense acts like it was powered-off while it was plugged into the charger and when I remove it from the charger it starts powering up. The Fitbit boots (Fitbit icon shows up) and then eventually the Sense is back to operating normally (until I plug it back into the charger).

A few additional observations:

- The Sense is very laggy (slow responsiveness to touch & button inputs, clockface slow to load, etc..). This lag is the worst immediately after removing the Sense from the charger; the lag eventually disappears if the Sense remains off the charger.

- The Sense still appears to receive a charge from the cable despite the odd behavior. (This observation assumes the Sense is still reporting the correct battery level.)

Any ideas on what could be causing this anomalous behavior?

Thank you,

Dean
