My Sense is one month out of warranty and it bit the dust. The battery ran down Overnight and now after charging it’s in an infinite reboot loop. Flashing the logo every 4 seconds or so and then starts over again.
My family( of 😎 have been very longtime customers back to the Fitbit One days. In fact I still have a working Fitbit One!! This is quite disappointing to have a failure at just over one year.
I think it’s time to move on to another brand with better quality and support.

Already tried all that. Fitbit support was no help.

HI @JonnyMed - do try a few steps first just in case it is not a watch issue.
See if you can hold the button for a full 30 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If at all possible try changing clock face, it may not stay connected long enough to do this or even a factory reset but try chatting withi customer support from the Fitbit App help & support section.
