For the last 4 days my Sense has not synced up to record or analyze my sleep data. I have rebooted both the Sense and my phone. I have this happen and rebooting has fixed it but not this time. I am not happy ATM.

My Sense is doing the same thing. Did everything from deleting the app, logging out, trying to rest can, etc. When I come to use certain functions it tells me it is not synced.

Same thing happened and I fixed it by doing a Factory Reset. Make sure you sync. prior to doing this.

Ok, it only worked right after I performed the factory reset. When I went to bed on day 2 and work up it went back to not giving me a sleep score or any of the other stats like HRV, breath rate, etc ....
This watch is not good. Stay away and don't buy this fitness tracker.

If your sense is not syncing then check these steps.
If your daily steps are syncing then we need more info on the issue.
Are you seeing any type of sleep recorded? Maybe only simple sleep, no sleep stages or sleep score.
Usually if seeing only simple sleep it is because the tracker could not get a consistant heart rate. The app may confirm this in the message as to why you only saw sleep stages. Yes the app does give you why you are not seeing sleep stages.

Hi,
I get only simple sleep with no score. This happened about 99% of the time. The only time I get HRV, skin temperature and breathing rate is when I get a comprehensive sleep analysis with score.
I have tried everything to fix this issue and so far nothing works. The Fitbit Sense is garbage.

Hi. I powered everything down as well as deleting my Fitbit app. Then I actually deleted my Sense from the app. It took me almost a week and Fitbit support also did an analysis of the Sense, once all of that was done, my Fitbit actually works. But it took a lot of tinkering with the Sense. It was very frustrating but now it captures everything albeit with some delays on occasion.

Hi Peakaboo, so what have you done to fix sleeping stages?

I had to delete the app, put it back, did several shutdowns and keep syncing for about a week. My Fitbit Sense is now working better. Now it tells me when I need to charge. I also discovered that I needed to tell it that I was beginning to go to sleep and telling it when I woke up. The process is rather frustrating to redo everything from scratch many times, but it paid off. Also, many emails to Fitbit support.
