Anyone manage to get a non responsive screen to work?

Now its great and all being offered a discount on a new device but I'd much rather get my screen to start responding. I don't really have the $200 it would cost to replace my device even with the discount. Shame on me for not contacting support as soon as my device started having issues since I'd have been within my one year warranty period. I just got this back in May of 2021 and it stopped working in March of 2022, but just now contacted support. I cannot get into the device settings to do a full factory reset since the screen doesn't swipe. It does turn on, does vibrate, it does everything except let me control the screen. I've tried hard reset after hard reset to no avail. I've let it die fully and set it up multiple times. It's probably a long shot since google didn't turn up anything promising.

Hi @kvannorman - just on the off chance can you get swiping to work if you double tap the screen first?

If so, swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings and turn off Always On mode and turn on wrist wake mode.

If not, chat again via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support and they will talk you through the factory reset with the button. The timing of the button presses is very important.

Are you able to get swiping to work while charging and have you tried to change clock face?
