Bluetooth on Sense

I upgraded to a Sense recently but I am about ready to throw it through the window. It is constantly losing Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 12 Pro. I have to constantly go through the set up again and have lost data in doing so. Anyone else find this?

Hi @TraceyC1889 - do check the battery optimisation on your phone and make sure that it is not shutting down either Bluetooth or the Fitbit App as they need to be running all the time on background.

I’ve checked as I have other devises that use Bluetooth and this is specific to my Sense. I have the app run in now but as soon as I switch to it I get a message that sense wants to pair. It should already be paired as it was yesterday. My sense has also on occasions shut itself down. I didn’t have any of these issues with my Fitbit Versa 3z

@TraceyC1889  - there may be some Bluetooth confusion with a prior device.

Turn off any other devices which connected to either watches

Try removing Bluetooth entries from the phone for both watches, logout of the app, restart the phone and the watch

Login and go to the home screen without closing the App

Click the sync popup and wait for the pair and link prompts and sync and see how it goes.
