App crashes

Haven’t done update because I can’t open the app on my phone ! It crashes no matter what I have done! Followed other suggestions from other posts. Also looks like update is going poorly! I am running a marathon and use this watch for all tracking. Today it lost the GPS and only recorded the map for half my run and it transferred data onto my Strava but not sure I’d data is accurate. Have had issues with proper step and climb tracking also. I had a garmen previously and am concerned about this watch’s ability to record accurately now.

@Phibster , have you tried to uninstall the app - forget Sense in Bluetooth settings and do the setup from scratch?
