Argh! Sense won't sync data with app again.

Almost every other data I have to either restart my phone, restart the device, unpair, start from scratch to get my data to sync. I've tried the chat and they just take me through the same process. Is this a common problem as this is an expensive watch for it not to work without all this hassle?

Any device running nearby like iPad, computer 

etc that have Fitbit app.

 

If I have my iPad nearby running it will not sync. I have to shut the iPad down.
