Automatically tracked walks not showing distance.

I’ve noticed that when my Sense automatically picks up a walk I’m doing that the log that ends up in my activity log doesn’t have the distance.

I get it would be an estimate based on number of steps taken, but it would be helpful to have logged.

I'm also sending all my activity to another site for a charity walk I’m doing soon and it’s not picking up how far I really walk because of this issue. If I’ve got automatically tracked walks on a given day it doesn’t count my total steps which would be fine if the automatic walks didn’t show as 0km each time.

Is this something that can be added or is on the way?

🙂

That is correct @lyndz auto detected exercises do not give a distance and the reason many use the manual mode.

Thanks for your reply, I’d tried searching before posting but nothing came up, yes have added my vote.

Strangely I’ve had Fitbit for much longer than 5 years and didn’t notice when they removed that! Thanks.
