Preordered the product and still awaiting the delivery. Confirm returning it back and moving to apple watch. If new customers are treated like this cant imaging what will happen once we get the product.

Sorry you’re having problems, @awagh . I don’t know about you, but I’ve experienced unpredictable delivery service from many, many online services since the pandemic started. Have you checked to see the delivery status? (Assuming you ordered it from the Fitbit Store, that is.)

It is not unpredictable if its just two hours away from your home address and you can see the status of the packet being ideal for 48 hours at one location. even by walk someone would deliver it faster. If it cant be delivered on time why accept orders.

we pre-orrdered 2 Sense. Both shipped last Thursday and Friday., First delivery date was 10 days. Now one is changed to 18 days. The delivery times are not acceptable.

I order on the 6th, they took money. Product still not delivered, Told by customer care to wait till Monday and ring the courier firm.
10 day delivery and told to chase up courier firm myself. It’s stuck in Netherlands and has been since the 13th.
I was also told its a 4 - 5 days from dispatch not order!
Website says 2 Days I wish!!!

@FitbitUser117 - All good questions here. Complaints should be addressed to FedEx, USPS and/or whichever delivery company is involved with your shipment ... from Fitbit or any other retailer.

I ordered mine over two weeks ago. Fitbit claimed delivery in 4 days. Got my money back and ordered it from Amazon-arrived next day.

After 10 days waiting for your product, paying and taking your money. I don’t view being told to wait till Monday to see if it arrives as help. 13 days after the site states 2 days.
