BMR and BMI on clock face

Hi,

I have selected a clock face that can show BMR and BMI but both show as undefined, as well as the heart rate. I have had my fitbit sense about 1 week so I thought it might not have collected enough data yet. The clock face says I can add it in but I cant actually find a BMR or BMI estimation on the fitbit app. At this stage I would have thought BMI would be a standard measurement to find or show, although its not always helpful for personal health/fitness.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @katiejwilson24 - if it is showing undefined there may be a fault with the clock face.

Are you using scales to record that information to display?

Hi, thanks for your reply. No I dont have scales for this but my details are all input into the app and its recording calories fine.

I cant find another clock face that is meant to display the information and fitbit themselves done have one to try.

@katiejwilson24- I didn't find any clock faces for a Sense that do BMI, but the one you have may require an internet connection.

In the Fitbit App Gallery tile, click the clock face and see if there are any permissions or settings to adjust.

You could always contact the developer at the bottom of the install description [click show more].

Thank you, this was my next step. Just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing anything within the fitbit app first 😊
