My husband and I both bought a sense. In the first year his was replaced TWICE. Mine died in less than two years and customer service was awful when I tried to speak with them about the warranty (online says two years but they told me one). They told me the only way to complain was to go in person to the head office. What a joke. Do not buy these products. At this price point it should last well beyond two years. Besides your issue won't be rectified if you have one. The "supervisor" I spoke to was clearly still in bed and told me there was noone above him I could contact. Ridiculous and disgusting service.

Hi @Amanda5202, welcome to the community, the warranty depends on where you are and is subject to Fitbit Legal: Limited Warranty and Fitbit Legal: Terms of Sale if you bought it directly from Fitbit. If you bought an FPP the cover is extended to 2 years and includes accidental damage. You may have the opportunity to use other recovery channels depending on your local jurisdiction.
I'm not defending Fitbit, I hope this helps.
Cheers

That's my point. They aren't honouring the 2 year policy. They are telling me because of where I live it's only 1. Offered me a discount (which I see from reviews is common practice for them) to buy a new one??? Who is buying a new one at that price when you know it's not going to last??? Certainly not me

Hi, @Amanda5202 where do you live, did you explain to them?
