Since running an update my icons and text are missing from my sense. Anything that has words is blank.

I've seen a previous post where this problem was solved by restarting the fitbit by pressing and holding the button for around 10 seconds until the fitbit logo appears. As it does no harm it's worth a try.

Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. I have tried to navigate to wear the factory reset would be located within setting and that does not seem to process either.

Regarding the icons, what you mean by icons? Icons on your Sense or the Fitbit app?
