Notifications are not coming through my Sense after the update

Since running an update my icons and text are missing from my sense. Anything that has words is blank.

I've seen a previous post where this problem was solved by restarting the fitbit by pressing and holding the button for around 10 seconds until the fitbit logo appears. As it does no harm it's worth a try.

Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. I have tried to navigate to wear the factory reset would be located within setting and that does not seem to process either.

Hello there, @Mns449. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense. @SteveH Thanks for your help!

 

If you're still having issues with the notifications after the update, please try the following:

 

  • Unpair your Sense from your phone's Bluetooth and the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Sense again.
  • Set up notifications on your Sense again.

 

Regarding the icons, what you mean by icons? Icons on your Sense or the Fitbit app?
