Did you use any features excessively? Music, calls, notifications? Readiness report? Make sure the snore report is not enabled without your knowledge if not done so already. Maybe try restarting sense by holding down the button til you see the Fitbit logo and then release and let it process. Close and reopen app. Shut down phone and then restart. See if any of that helps. Not sure if anything below helps because of no changes. May have to contact support.

I got a sense for Christmas and an iPhone XR which is up to date with iOS. But my sense battery drains in one day. My sense isn’t even 1 month old. Why is this happening?

@SunsetRunner
Also, here is a piece put out by Fitbit to help.
Don’t forget the check if snore report and readiness report are enabled. Those reports battery drainers.
Disable them if you do not use or need.

Unfortunately non of the apps you mentioned are active or open. The watch just dies of battery really quick for no reason at all. on charge and it said 100% charge, took it off and its dead again. it's only 3 weeks old.

@SunsetRunner - it is obviously not charging and the 100% you see in the app was when it last synced, you can check if that is the case by looking at the last synced time in the Fitbit App..
The reason for it not charging can be it needs cleaning or you have a faulty charge cable (quite a common issue), follow the instructions given in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

So the watch is dead, i go to charge it and then the fitbit symbol comes up, whack it on your wrist and then some time later the watch is dead. Last night we took it off charge after it said 100% charge and it went to zero in seconds and then turned off. i seriously think i have a lemon.

Support platform is pretty bad. Been disconnected 3 times, with no solution. I do hope that their is light at the end of the tunnel.

If you use Twitter, you can also contact support through a DM there. I've done that in the past and get answers usually within hours.

Have you tried to do a factory reset on the Sense?
Unpair the Sense from your device, do a factory reset and see how the battery drain is. If it returns to a somewhat normalcy, then pair it with your device and see how it does.

Not sure what has happened to the current unit but now it is completely dead, will not turn on or charge. even withy different charge cables. I am now 100% confident i just ended up with a lemon unit. thank for your help and everyone else here. great little community network. cheers
