Fitbit sense I purchased in November 2020 now only holds charge for approximately 20 hours. Is there some reason the battery would lose charge so quickly?

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update [around end of January], if it was working fine before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you
