Battery won't hold a charge

Hey all,

 

I'm wondering what I should do I got a Sense about a year ago and it has been great until about 2 weeks ago. The battery has always lasted me about 5 days and now I'm lucky to get 2 out of it.  Any suggestions? This is very frustrating as this watch isn't that old and was pretty expensive.

Hi @Rhcampbell - with new version of the firmware and Fitbit App there are new features which can drain the battery, check and remove the main drainers, Snore detection and SpO2 tracker app etc. How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

How do I change those settings? I've been playing around with it and can't
find it. When was the update?

Snore Report:

Tap on sleep tile of the today page

Tap on gear icon top right
will see snore and noise report if green toggle off.

 

Readiness Report:

tap edit top right of today page

Scroll down to rediness tile

clock on the x to remove it 

tap done top right of page.
