The screen popped off my old Sense, and as no new model has the Bitmoji clock face I searched for new old stock of the first Sense model. It arrived today, and after setup I installed the Bitmoji face, then linked it via the app.
Hours later the clock face still says "Vist the clock face settings on your phone to connect your Bitmoji via Snapchat."
I have unlinked and relinked all the components. Several times.
Can anyone advise?

After several more hours, some reboots, and many syncs it is still not working.
I can instantly change the background color, but even after doing the Snapchat link a few dozen times it still shows “connect” as if it is not connected.
i know that it is connected, as Snapchat shows this:
Any advice is welcome…

@sgx2 This information might or might not help you. You new Sense has the firmware from when it was manufactured. Some clock faces need the current firmware and you should get yours within a few days. I never used that clock face on previous models, so I don't have anything to add if this doesn't help you.

Thanks, Laurie!
It seemed to do a firmware update after I charged it for the first time, but perhaps there’s more to come over the next few days. I will keep my fingers crossed…
Thanks for this!
