Whenever I select settings for any app that has a settings option I get a blank screen. The following five apps on my Sense has a settings option in the Fitbit app but I can't access their settings... Agenda, Cockpit, Image Viewer, Spotify, and Weather. I tried logging out, turning watch off, and reconnecting app to watch. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Took an update today to my Sense watch and it killed it. Barely used the watch. Have been told by fitbit that it is no longer under warranty. Was working fine until I saw the logo on the watch.....tried to restart the watch and got a black sceen.
Called support and they told me I was **ahem** out of luck and that I am no longer in warranty.
Pretty sure this update killed it. Fitbit is turning into Apple..killing products and forcing customers to buy the next version.

What update are folks talking about? An actual firmware update on the Sense itself, or a Fitbit app update on the phone? My Sense has not had a firmware update in over a year.

Looks like mine took an update today. Was wearing it...and noticed it had the fitbit logo on it...that wouldn't go away. Tried to reset it...and it turned black and won't turn on. It vibrates when plugged in...or when I hit the button, but other than that it is bricked.
Was working perfectly fine. I am convinced that they sent an update to the **ahem** thing and bricked it.

Having the same issue on my Sense (44.128.6.17). I can see the permissions page but not the settings page.
Running Android 12 and reinstalled the Fitbit app. Didn't want to reset my Sense yet. Maybe this happened when I switched from the Fitbit account to Google account? Because that is the only change I did to my environment.
Very frustrating not being able to change setting for my own apps and clockfaces anymore.
Even more frustrating it is almost two week ago this happened and no official reply from Google! Well since Fitbit sold their souls to Google nothing good has come out. Google is slowly killing the Fitbit spirit which made me jump on the Fitbit train some seven years ago. Also do I have to remind you of the major screw-up NOT to release a SDK for Sense 2 and Versa 4?

Please be more specific. An update for Android, Fitbit app or what, and How did you come upon it? I've been to the Play Store and it is not offering me an update option. PowerOfNow has mentioned Fitbit V4.08 and mine is still V3.something so I think I need the update but if Play Store isn't offering it to me how can I fix this? Do I need to uninstall the Fitbit app entirely and reload it? If I do so is all my data lost?

I don't know why it won't offer you the android app for Fitbit v4. 08
I don't know if this fact is helpfil but my Sense is firmware version 44.128.6.17

If you are still on the Fitbit v3 app, why would you update? The V3 app is the one everyone wants back, with all the colors. Are you still seeing all the colors within the app, or the new monochrome looking bland white & green?

Apparently it updated itself to V4 over the weekend. I am finally able to see the temperature in Fahrenheit!

Same thing for me on my Sense. Settings option not working on apps. I had to reenter my Credit Card on Fitbit Wallet and got same thing there after filling in all the details. As soon as I tried to enter them I got the blank screen! So now I can't use Fitbit Pay. Bummer. I had just moved over to Google too and think that's what broke everything. Hate to think Google is trying to maim Fitbit but the Sense was lesser than my Ionic and Sense 2 seems like a step down from Sense.
