Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) is no longer working on Sense?

The SpO2 has stopped working or recording  any readings for the past couple of days after working fine for weeks. Anyone has any suggestions please.

If you do a search, there are a lot of complaints about SP02 not working.  Loosening the band seems to be a common solution.
