Hello,

Have had my new Samsung S22 Ultra since launch. Have had my Versa 3 since Feb 2021. I have been noticing on the watch a phone icon with a line through it, what's that? Second when I try and pair my device with app/Bluetooth, it pairs up and about 4-5 days later it un-pairs in Bluetooth. What is going on, and how do I fix it.

Thanks

Hi @Midnite87  - the image with a bar through it is a status indicator (which you can turn off in watch settings) informing you you are not connected to the phone.

If it loses connection from time to time try restarting both, or even logout of the app and remove the Sense Bluetooth entry and restart both to make a new pair.

The S22 is new and sometimes has issues, verify there is no battery optimization which is shutting down the Fitbit App which needs to run in background all the time.

@Midnite87 do you realize that the user will not be able to pair the tracker to the phones Bluetooth?

In general, simply opening the fitbit app should get the two devices talking again.
