My thoughts exactly! When you pay over $400 for a watch for specific reasons and it doesn’t work, then that leaves me quite unimpressed. I received my sense last Thursday and I have not been able to connect to Bluetooth.
Any ideas how to fix the problem.
I have deleted the app. Turn off the phone, the watch and nothing is working

I your phone bluetooth settings, you need to give permission to the sense to connect.
