Bring back the Custom Zones from Sense

Until today I've been able to see the day's "time in custom hr zone" on my sense, even though it has been missing from the app for years.

Today that metric has vanished.

This might be the final push to make me leave Fitbit. It is a feature I rely on for chronic illness management.

I even tried asking the new AI coach if it could tell me the time in zones, but apparently it can't actually look at hr data only point me to metrics that are already available.

Please reinstate this vital data, Fitbit! Stop removing features that work well. I've never known any other brand consistently downgrade the user experience the way fitbit has these last few years.

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @KSL86. Welcome back to the community.

Thanks for sharing your experience and concerns with me.

I totally get your frustration regarding the removal of this tool from the app—it’s understandable that this situation is bothering you.

Unfortunately this is not currently possible. Nevertheless, I'd suggest you vote for this idea in the Product Feedback board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. It’s the best way to show your support for getting it back. Thanks for understanding.

Has there been any communication from Fitbit about why this feature was removed? And why we lost a feature that was part of the reason many of us chose Fitbit in the first place with no explanation?

I renewed my Premium subscription recently and might not have done if I had known that I would no longer be able to monitor my tachycardia in the way I have for over ten years.

@KSL86, I don’t recall reading anything about that.
