I answered my cellphone for the first time using my FB Sense. It was really hard to hear the other person. Are there volume controls? If so, where do I find them?

Hi, Yes
When you answer the call there is a speaker in the top right corner, press on that and you can change the volume.
Currently there is no volume level, to know when you reach max or min, and it seems to default to the same level each time.
As its so new I hope we can expect improvements in future

It hasn't worked for me, on android, but several users, without mentioning what Operating System their phone runs, say the during a call, they set the Bluetooth volume through the phoned settings. This volume stayed set for future calls.
This may be worth a try, but not really help full without knowing anything aboit their phone.

There should be a way to permanently set the needed volume so that the Sense watch is ready to accommodate the user to answer a call without messing with the volume each time; this is a reasonable design expectation for an expensive device like this. All I am trying to tell you is that this is a design issue that am not happy with and that this is my last Fitbit unless these are corrected. It seems like a reasonable expectation to be able to set the incoming and outgoing volume on calls to the liking of the user, so you do not have to fiddle with volumes every time you get a call, it makes this feature totally unusable since it is easier to find my phone.

Hi @RGPat1941 - it would be logical to be able to preset or remember previous settings rather than furiously pecking at the watch each time, because there is also no indication of the actual level so it's difficult to know if you reached the end of adjustment.
