Hi there, @Saheli_Sen. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please note that you cannot make calls directly from the Sense, but you can receive them without no issues. For more information, please see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?
See you around.

Even better you can vote for this suggestion rather than reading what you already know

If you have the Google Srarch enabled then you may be able to make calls

Hello @Rich_Laue ,
do you mean Google Assistant? According one of the users in the suggestion as per my link earlier the command initiate the call from phone, not from the sense. I can't verify this as I don't own a Sense.

I do have a sense but use Alexa.
Users report that with Google Assistant, they can initiate calls to their Google contacts from their tracker.
Unlike my Samsung watch, calls can not be transferred from the wrist to phone, or phone to wrist.
