With my Versa 2, if I was using an exercise program such as Run, and listening to Deezer, I could swipe down on watch face and access the volume controls on demand (in case I need to speak to someone, etc). On the new Sense, swiping down on the watch face only brings up the Notification Center, with no access to other functions. To change volume now, I must stop the exercise program and pull up the Deezer app again just to adjust volume?
Is there something that I am missing on how to make this work? This is a very common use case that used to work in older Fitbit watches.
Start paying your loaded music via Deezer, switch to exercise and start your run etc, and then to change volume or skip tracks during exercise double press the side button and the music controls appear at the bottom of the shortcuts screen
