Hi,
I can't sync my Sense watch with the app. I upgraded to pay for premium and it just can't find my watch.
The watch can't find my phone either, from the Find my phone feature.
When I select Sense in the Bluetooth paired devices, it says it needs an app to open this device.
Is there a setting in the watch that I need to switch on? It has worked for a couple of years but now doesn't work anymore.

This is fixed. I used "find my phone" and it rang on my OLD phone. When I shut that phone down, it synced on my new phone.

I have the same issue after updating my Android phone today. I have charge 5 with no issues until today. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted, cleared cache and data and still nothing. I am stuck with a caution triangle at the top of the app reading, to sync reliably, let fitbit link to your charge 5.

I got a new phone and allowed Google to change my Fitbit account to Google. Now it won't sync. It shows as Bluetooth paired, but syncing fails over and over.

Hi @MomBee - this is a common problem when changing phones as the watch can remain connected to the old phone.
If you turn on the old phone it can steal the watch away also.
It is always useful to follow Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If there are syncing problems, and restarting the watch and logging out of the Fitbit App and swiping off the active Fitbit window (clear storage cache and force stop it on Android phones) and restarting the phone can help.
