Hi, @Deydey219, welcome to the community, you do not give us much information so please forgive me for starting at the beginning. If the time display is incorrect this is a symptom of a failure to sync. You do not mention if you have paired your "Sense" with your phone, what make & model of phone you are using or if you have successfully synced your "Sense" to your account previously.

I wish that was only problems. I can not get setup to work at, between any app and new sense watch. They will not pair, will not wi-fi Bluetooth each other. I can get anything else to pair and or link and work with Bluetooth, just not the sense. Should just kept old Fitbit, but for health reasons my spouse got me the sense to take advantage of all health related apps and features, would be great if the watch and app would only work

Hi, @VMK3, Thanks for the update, you need to bear in mind that the Fitbit app & operating system on the Fitbit devices has moved forward with time. You do not mention the phone you are using Fitbit-compatible devices provides up to date advice on phones and operating systems.

my fit bit won’t give me the 4 digit code I’ve restarted it at least 8 times and it won’t pair Fitbit screen just shows to put in code like I said I don’t have a code I’ve downloaded the app 5 times and nothing is working yet I got is as a present and threw the box away thinking it would be an easy to set up didn’t think I needed the serial numbers in the back so currently don’t know what to do kinda sucks I haven’t been able to use it for a month 😭

Hello all and Gr4ndp4,
Just so I understand your statement that "Fitbit devices has moved forward with time", you are talking about updates, and or using new model equipment? I have had Fitbit watches for a few years now, and always keep the app updated, and have new phone and tablet. As for the Fitbit watch, it is a brand new sense. The phone and also Tablet I use, I use a Motorola Android Smartphone, and I use a Samsung Tablet. Both have no problems handling any other apps or pairing with other devices. But only currently with the Fitbit App to work with the Fitbit sense watch. Both the phone and the tablet are on the approved list of equipment that works with Fitbit, and not on the list of problem equipment. In attempting to get the new sense watch to work, I have completely removed the Fitbit app from my phone and while on another phone with Fitbit Tech Support, I downloaded the Fitbit app yet again, and confirmed the version number with the Fitbit Tech Support staff. Hope this information helps, as the phone, tablet and watch still do not want to work with each other and complete the set up and pair, etc.
