Can’t get beyond Exercise Icon on Sense

I try to access exercise to select activity but cannot get beyond icon

tried restart of sense, updating app, forgetting denser on Bluetooth, replacing app but nothing seems to work - how do I resolve this?

it does seem to pick up activity automatically like running on phone just cannot select etc on the watch

Hi @Eckky66 - you may need to do a factory reset and set up the watch again in the app which can take up to an hour.

If you select the option from the watch Settings, About Sense menu, wait 5 minutes before doing anything with watch and which should be fully charged first.
