Hello @Bobcommin and welcome to the Community.  Did you set  device lock on your Sense?  A screen that looks like a 10 digit keypad is the device lock screen, asking for the PIN code you set up.

 

If you didn't set up a PIN code, please follow the instructions in this Help article.  Go to the section with instructions to unlock your Fitbit with your phone.
