Hi there, @AMeyer33. Welcome tot he Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here. If the steps they provided you haven't worked, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance.

Nevertheless, as @Guy_ has mentioned, please verify if the "Preview new messages" option is enable. To do so, open the Message+ app, then go to "Settings", then "Notifications", then "In-app notification settings", then enable "Preview new messages". For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

As for quick replies, note that apps that allow you to reply to a message directly from the notification on your Android phone also support quick replies on your Fitbit device. This includes, but isn’t limited to, apps such as:

  • Text messages
  • Twitter
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Line

For more information, see How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?

Also, please make sure that the mobile phone you're using meets the requirements listed here.

Hope this helps.

Hi @AMeyer33  - when a notification arrives on your phone a copy of the notification (not the whole message) is sent to the watch.

If you see a preview of the notification on the watch, tapping on it will show the whole notification but it won't show the whole message.

In the save way on the phone you will need to tap on the notification to open the app on the phone to see the full message,.

If you tap the open option offered on the watch it will do the same thing, if you look at the phone you should see the full message.
