I have not been able to use Wallet for months or longer. This issue predated migrating to Google login, which I hoped would resolve the issue. It didn't. I kept trying every couple of weeks, no go. I saw Sense kind of fell into a gray area, so I have waited patiently. I saw that now all Fitbits, including Sense, would now work with Google payments. I've tried again few times, with no luck. I deleted the app, rebooted, and tried again. Still no luck. Please help. I need this feature to function at a waterpark. I get "An error occurred. Please try again" .

Yes I am. I am in the U.S. I have now gone as far as doing a factory reset on my Sense, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I still get the Fitbit pay wallet not the Google wallet as an option. I am logged in via Google.

I have the same problem. I changed yesterday to Google wallet. It doesn't work

I'm very frustrated. Everything is up-to-date, and I've even done a factory reset on my device.

I made a factory reset, instalt the update (WiFi, Bluetooth didnt work) en reïnstald the wallet en now it is working again 🥳
