My Fitbit sense says it is blocked after too many wrong pin attempts (which I don’t know how that has happened) it says unlock with your phone. When I try and do this it says “can’t delete tokens when device settings is missing”
I can’t currently use the Fitbit features but it is still connected to my phone and recording data. I have tried resetting the device but it did not work.
