Hi my Fitbit had the symbol for not syncing and when I tried to reconnect it told me that it was locked and this would be because it had either been reported stolen or been replaced under warranty. Neither is the case. Have tried a full reboot and I'm now left with a useless wrist ornament which the app tries to connect to but fails because of the above. Email support has stopped so hoping this platform can help resolve?
