Sense won't charge

My Sence Fit Bit is not charging. I have cleaned the back as directed. When plugged in I push the side button the screen will shows the battery symbol with 0%, then this picture goes away. I purchased my fit bit one year and two days ago. Can I get it looked at since I cannot tell if it is the charging cable not working or the watch not receiving the charge? What would you recommend? I think it should last more than one year.

There is a good chance it is the charging cable connection plate. A common problem is one of the 4 pins gets slightly depressed so it no longer makes connection.  Look closely at the 4 pins to see if one of them is depressed slightly further in than the other 3.  If so, that is the problem and cannot be fixed. The solution is to go Amazon and buy 2 or 3 third-party chargers for a fraction of the price of an authentic Fitbit one.

Of course if you cannot notice a depressed pin, it might be something completely different.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I've gone through 5 of these chargers for the very same reason you pointed out.  You'd think Fitbit would make one more robust and issue it out to current owners.  But, that would require Fitbit to do the right thing.  Ignorantly, I've been staying loyal to Fitbit for longer than I should.  I've had nothing but problems with several of their products.  Sometimes they'd try to make it right, but most of the time it was just a waste of time.  Once this Sense fails, (which it will because I'm on my second one), I've got to try something else.  They simply don't deserve my loyalty any longer.
