Hourly Reminders to Move will not stay on

I set it to on but as soon as I leave the page it turns off (AARGH!). Restarting the APP and the iPhone and the SENSE has no effect. Tried CHAT twice without success.

Hi @Cliff948 - this shouldn't happen in the Fitbit App Reminders to move page unless there is an issue with the app.

Try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or web pages open.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync and try again.

If you are seriously monitoring your hourly moves consider a clock face which gives you more control and reminders, such as SimpleClockPro, you even see at a glance how many steps done (or to do) per hour, and how many done for every hour of the day.

None of your suggestions fixed the issue. Holding the button in brings up options but not to shut down.

Going to the APP Store and downloading the latest update for the iPhone Fitbit cured the issue with the SENSE but not the APP. Still as long as it is backed to notifying me, I will live with it.

BTW: the new Splash Screen will take some getting used to and it does NOT appear to be user-friendly.
