I just received my new Sense. I cannot link it to my Samsung S8+. It says to validate my Phone parameters. All my updates are done. I do not understand ! Help!!

I've never seen that error @MartineLeb the sense took about 15 minutes to setup and install the firmware over WiFi through my S8.
Make sure your phone and Fitbit app is up to date.

Let me help you with your Sense not linking with your Samsung S8+. This is odd. Could it be related to your phone's permissions with the Fitbit app? I suggest you clear the link between your phone and the Sense by doing the following:
If the issue persists could you share a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
