My Fitbit sense won’t let me into the exercise app. I click it, it seems like it tries to open, and then it goes back to the Home Screen. I tried resetting the Fitbit along with forgetting device on my phone and setting back up. Neither worked. This Fitbit isn’t even a month old.

I went ahead to check your details and I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. I'm sure they'll continue helping you with this matter, so please keep an open communication with them.

I have the same problem, I click on the application and it tries to load to open it and then it closes, it returns to the home screen. could you help me how to solve this problem to be able to use the exercise application again? thanks

First, check if it has synced recently. The only way to know for sure is, from the phone dashboard, click the Account icon at the top right, then next to 'Charge 2' it shows the last sync. If there was a recent sync, check the fitbit.com dashboard to see if it is being recorded but just not showing up on the phone app.
