Cardio load is never calculated.

Hi,

Since a few weeks, the app has added cardio load for my Sense 1.

This feature is working for my wife (she has a Sense 2) but mine is always showing zero.

My watch is always on my wrist (except a daily 30min charge as my battery is aging), since months, all other data are correctly recorded (resting HR, HRV, SPO2, skin temperature, breathing rate, steps, stairs).

What could prevent Fitbit app to calculate and display cardio load ?

@N-Mi I also have a Sense 1 and Cardio Load is working for me, so I don't think that is the problem. Are you using the most recent version of the Fitbit app? That was meant to fix the issues with Cardio Load. Some users have found that it was necessary to uninstall and then reinstall the app to get it working.
