Receiving ECG download files from my Sense

I am trying to download an ECG report for my doctor. I request the report and it tells me 'you'll get a push notification when done.' I don't. But I can go to the notifications tab, and it tells me it's available. Whether I choose view or download, it just spins and spins. I tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling. Still the same.

How much longer do we have to wait for this  very annoying problem to be fixed?? I have  Sense and Galaxy android (Canada).  It has now been a month since I have been able to dowoad an ECG! I have this Fitbit specifically for a heart issue. Many others sound like they are waiting for a fix too.

Any update on this ongoing problem of not being able to view my ECGs???? I have had this problem since late September.

yes, I purchased this watch because I have a heart issue also. I would really like to see this resolved soon.

Our team is still investigating this. They'll work on a solution. Hopefully soon. 
We will be updating the thread as soon as we receive further information. 

Keep in mind to keep the Fitbit app up to date, should the solution be released with a new app.

Any closer to a resolution to this ECG downloading of pdf issue?

New features added such as cardio load, but ECG pdf download still not
resolved. Extremely annoying for myself and others who went with Fitbit for
this reason.

I'm hoping early 2025 will have a resolution to this ongoing problem.

It is working fine on the older prettier version of the mobile app. I just now downloaded a bunch of reports from readings I took with my Sense, including the very first reading I made back in June, and one from yesterday. So it is an issue with the new "version 4" mobile app, unless it is now fixed for everyone and it was a server-side thing. I hope this helps (and I hope the old app keeps working indefinitely....). The only issue I had is that I had to do a google search to figure out where in the mobile app I can generate the pdfs. In the old app you have to go to the Discover tab.

Just bought a brand new Sense 2 because my Sense died completely. Extremely disappointed to find the exact same ecg pdf downloading problem that I had with my sense!!! When my watch stopped working completely I thought that perhaps it was just the watch.  Did I just complete waste my money buying the Sense 2 when I still cannot download my ecg results???

Our team is looking into this and will work on a solution for this issue.

Please keep in mind that the issue is caused by the Fitbit app, so changing the Fitbit device will not help or change anything if you are being affected. 

Hopefully this will get solved soon.

Its over 5 months now.  The Ekg download will not function as it previously did last summer.  I feel like the "we are looking into it" responses are just  a duplicated response to this issue.  Many people including myself have cardiac issues and have purchased this brand of watches for this reason.  You can update the firmware but cant resolve this vital issue.  A. I. Is here.  This isnt an impossible situation.   I went into a cardiac arrythmia last night and it would not download.  All we keep getting is the same response all the time.  I hope you or your loved ones and friends do not have to deal with this faulty program.

I'll pass your info along so that our team knows about the new symptoms and they continue working on a solution for this.
They are already aware.

Hopefully this gets solved soon.

I hope so, the resolution has been forwarded months ago from many others
as I have been following. It seems since Google merged with Fitbit,
something in the program went wrong. Thank you for your response. This
should be a priority situation as it applies to possible life saving steps
on behave of client and their physician.
