I have the Sense less than two years. I’m on my third charge cable as of now, it appears one of the pins spring fails and the pin remains recessed and doesn’t connect properly to the watch, hence no charge, it’s the same problem with both my previous cables. That being the cable I got when I bought the watch and a replacement from Fitbit under warranty. I informed them yesterday of my situation and I’m waiting for a decision on a replacement, it appears to me it’s a design fault with the connection pins. Anyone else have issues?

That's a common issue. I haven't run into it but have seen several other complaints with no real solution. You can keep waiting for warranty replacements, but might want to consider looking at third-party chargers from Amazon - not sure they are more reliable but much cheaper so can buy several and not get stuck waiting for replacements. Well, obviously not cheaper than warranty replacements, but much cheaper than Fitbit label after warranty.

Thanks for your advice, they have kindly agreed to replace it but as you say it will fail again, just a sticking plaster unfortunately, I will look into after market replacements, sound advice 👍
